Afternoon and/or night shifts available
Job Description
Class 1 Drivers required in Wisbech (Cambridgeshire), with both afternoon and night shifts available. The client is a prominent and well-established haulier in East Anglia, currently offering regular ongoing work Monday - Sunday. Depending on client and driver requirements, average start times are between 3pm and 7pm.

Day to Day Role:
- Vehicle checks to be completed daily and to report any defects accordingly
- Ensure loads are sufficiently secured before transportation
- Transportation of goods and deliveries to their intended destinations in a safe and timely manner
- Keep the vehicle in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Maintain good communication with the transport office informing them of potential delays
Job Remuneration
Pay rates:
- Monday to Friday-£17.50 p/h
- Saturday - £18.49 p/h
- Sunday - £19.21 p/h
These rates are inclusive of holiday pay.

Job Hours
Monday - Sunday work available.

Job Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence, DQC Qualification and Digital Tacho Card
- 6 months' Class 1 commercial driving experience (Required)
- Sound understanding of EU Working Time and Driving Time regulations (Required)
- Reliability and punctuality is an essential part of this role
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude towards work
